Scary homeowner moment

So I'm in the basement, working, and I hear a fire truck getting closer and closer. It seems to be slowing down...
So I start to run upstairs to see what's up and I start to smell smoke...
Oh boy. I then look out the front window and the fire truck driver is pointing at what appears to be part of my lot.
They are slowing down and eventually stop in front of the neighbors house.
It turns out the neighbors son was burning some yard debris or something.
Phew. That got the addrenaline going. I thought one of the outbuildings was burning or something...
Back to work.
